We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use the information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
• To personalize your experience helps us to better respond to your individual needs
• To process transactions
• To send periodic emails
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates, pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.

If you want to return a product for any reason, other than damaged or manufacturing error, you must call 866 503-0277. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all “non-defective” returns.
What’s eligible for return or exchange?
You can return or exchange for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition and have a receipt and/or purchase order. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all "non-defective" returns. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. If the buyer returns a purchase within the return window, but the carton was opened and/or the TopShelf A/C Bracket is damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the price will be charged. Custom-made/sized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
What do I do if my item is defective/damaged when I receive it?
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/damaged item, you can return or exchange your item. You will be reimbursed in full for the initial shipping costs on defective/damaged items, and if you choose to exchange the defective/damaged items, your new items will be shipped to you at no cost.
How can I return/exchange my item?

When can I expect to see my refund?
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within two (2) weeks of us receiving your return item.
When will I receive my new item?
We make every effort to process exchanges in a timely manner. You will have your new item within two (2) weeks from the date we receive your item for exchange.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you would still like to return/exchange your item once it is received, please see above for terms of eligibility.
Always measure your window to ensure it is between 24 inches wide and 38 inches wide.
In addition, beware that under certain circumstances, there may be objects such as masonry, signage, awnings and fire escapes, etc., that may interfere, obstruct and prevent the proper installation of the TopShelf A/C Bracket.
